Fragmentation / SPS / Montipora digitata

Montipora digitata (Figure 1) is an extremely fast growing SPS. Choose your colors with forethought.
You're going to have a *lot* of it :) Aquarists keeping this animal with large fish
often have a hard time keeping the colonies in reasonable sized pieces because the fish
"bulldoze" them. But don't think I'm trying to discourage keeping this animal. It comes
in a variety of colors and is *very* rewarding.

In Figure 2, a demonstration of how easily this coral is divided. I am snapping it
with my fingers. Cutters can be used for more specific cuts. I've also been playing
with setting it against the glass to get flat spots in the growth to make flat spots for better
looking colonies. It's working quite well. :)
