Another example of branching LPS cuttings is this Euphyllia (Hammer or Ancor) coral.
Figure 1 is an undisturbed photo of the colony. This colony is of particular intrest to
me as the original had died due to shipping stress. I had kept the skeleton in the system,
and a few months later... I found new polyps! It's taken a year to grow them out to
this size, but how fun!

Figure 2 again demonstrates using the cable cutters to make the division.

Figure 3 shows the divided specimens. Both were just laid back onto the substrate.
